What don't you do?

While I love a challenge, I am likely not the best fit for your business if you are looking for a Social Media Manager or Copywriter. Can I put a create graphics in Canva with an existing template? Absolutely. Can I schedule your social media content? You know it! Can I do extensive research on hashtags, posting times, manage your story replies and give you the best chance of going viral? Hard no. Can I edit the newsletter or blog post you put together for clarity? I'd love to! Can I help you bring a concept to life by strategizing around what copy might be needed? You betcha. Can I write a 5-email sales funnel with catchy subject lines and eloquence? Not in this lifetime. I hope I've illustrated the boundaries of my work appropriately with these cheeky examples, but if you're unsure - just ask!

What is your payment policy?

To keep up momentum, both project-based and retainer clients are required to settle any outstanding balances at the start of the project, or working month. It’s just another way I keep everything running like clockwork. If you’re almost-sold on the idea of working on retainer together, I offer a two-week paid trial period to better understand your goals and objectives, and gain insight into your working preferences.
I want to start my own online service business, do you provide mentorship?

Yes! I work one-on-one with aspiring online business managers who are getting started in the virtual space and are seeking support to expand their portfolio or win additional clients. Currently, I am at full capacity, but welcome any new enquiries. As I'm sure you know, entrepreneurs move quickly once they’ve got a plan in place!
